I’m Kate Slatter, as an Olympic and World Champion Australian rower.  I found nutrition and lifestyle strategies were key to my success. My mother always said, “You wouldn’t feed ordinary petrol to a race car, so why would you do that as an athlete?” That advice stuck with me throughout my career and still inspires me today.

​

I felt like I had an edge as an elite athlete when I was eating highly nutritious food while my competitors were reaching quick ready meals and bars that were full of junk. That same edge is what I love to share with athletes now.
 

My Sporting Journey

As a former Olympic athelete and now a casual gym-goer seeking new life challenges coming off a broken shoulder and midlife challenges, I understand the demands of sport at different ages and stages!

Gold (1995), 2 Bronze medals
