One-on-One Coaching
This is all about you. Dedicated time to address your needs. A safe, no-judgment zone to express yourself where we carve a path to define your vision and achieve your goals.
We work together based on your preferences - in-person or online. I offer 6 or 10-session packages. We will use various tools to clarify your vision and measure your progress.
Group Coaching
Group coaching can build trust, accountability, and a diversity of ideas. When we embark on a journey together, we are more likely to reach our intended goals with social support and co-learning.
Past topics have included: exploring elimination diets, detoxification, balancing blood sugar, health and hormone connections, detoxifying your environment, and building resilience for lasting wellbeing—all with practical insights and tools that fit seamlessly into everyday life.
