A simple and easy start to your day.

How to make lemon water
Squeeze ½ a fresh lemon into 1 mug and add warm-hot water. Sip slowly and enjoy.
If lemon doesn’t suit you, warm water on its own is still supportive.
You can add variety to your water by adding any of these:
a few sprigs of mint
1 teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup
a slice of fresh ginger
a pinch of cinnamon
a sprinkle of turmeric
You can also freeze fresh lemon juice in ice cube trays and drop a cube into warm or cold water so it is an easily grab and go option in the morning.
How it may help
Gently wakes up your digestion after sleep
Supports gut movement first thing in the morning
Encourages hydration, which many people miss early in the day
Acts as a simple cue for the body to shift into “day mode”
Warm liquids can feel calming and grounding for the nervous system
Small habits like this won’t change everything on their own, but they can be a helpful 1% gain when done consistently.
